Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
I decided to make my own Tahini sauce, it ended up being extremely easy and quick to make! All you need is some extra virgin olive oil and toasted sesame seeds, as you’ll see in the video below.Having to create a healthy snack/ appetizer for NCAP, I was able to perceive how easy it is to make hummus at home; I am in love. Tastes so much better than store-bought hummus, that it was devoured by my family and I in less time than it took to make it! To make this creamy roasted red pepper hummus, and the dreamy tahini sauce contained within it, you will want to set aside 30-45 minutes to make. The best part is that once you’re done blending up all your ingredients, it is ready to serve.
