  Chili Con Carne                     This week I created the ultimate chili con carne, meaning chili with meat. It is simmered with all the classical chili ingredients that we know and love. Believe it or not, this was my very first time making a classic stovetop chili and it 100% will not be the last time. It is the perfect meal, one that’s rich and hearty, yet doesn’t skimp on the best ingredients needed to achieve an immaculate flavor. This recipe is a must! Ingredients 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil 1 lb. ground beef 2 TSP Himalyain salt 1 large onion 2 garlic cloves 1 TBS ground cumin 1 TBS ground coriander 1TBS chili powder 3 TBS julienned sun dried tomatoes 30 oz. diced tomatoes (canned) 30oz.
