WOW! That looks so good! You did such a great job peeling that ginger! Usually I roughly cut off the skin and grate the main part of the ginger for my main recipe. Then I boil the skin and any remaining ginger for my, “ginger water/tea.” I really like how you incorporated both verbal and text for the benefits of the superfoods within the video.
