We’ve all heard breakfast is the most important meal of the day, this is because during the night your body feels as if it’s fasting and therefore our glucose gets lower. When you eat your breakfast in the morning, it will boost your energy and restore all the glucose levels that have been lost. That means that breakfast keeps your metabolism up for the day, it’s thought to help you focus. If you are someone like me who eats breakfast around what most people would consider lunch time, it could be referred to as intermittent fasting-which is proven to be beneficial to your metabolism as well! Many people resort to quick and toxic breakfasts favorites, like cereal or pop tarts. These foods do not keep you energized or keep you feeling good throughout the day like a healthy breakfast should. WOW! That looks so good! You did such a great job peeling that ginger! Usually I roughly cut off the skin and grate the main part of the ginger for my main recipe. Then I boil the skin and any remaining ginger for my, “ginger water/tea.” I really like how you incorporated both verbal and text for the benefits of the superfoods within the video. I liked your step by step approach. Very clear!
